This practical and engaging workshop will help you identify unhelpful narratives that are holding you stuck and provide you with an experience of connecting with your inner child and emotional world with compassion and care.

This is not about blaming our parents, but it is about becoming aware of family patterns and making conscious choices about how we want to show up for ourselves and our kids

Time to Deepen your Connection

In this powerful and immersive session, your capacity to cope is expanded as you learn nervous system strategies to come back to safety and connection.

You will get support to manage resistance or difficulties that emerge during inner child work and understand what parts of you come up to protect your inner child, (but may get in the way).

Be gently guided practice to integrate all the parts of you, so you can continue healing your inner child.

Is it for me?

This is for people who believe they lack “coping skills” when they get angry, scared, sad (or any version of emotions that are deemed “negative”).

It is for parents (and future parents) who are worried about the messages they will pass onto their children about feelings and how these are expressed in relationships.

It’s perfect for time poor, overwhelmed and stressed beings who long to experience some calm and peace within themselves

  • Most people who come to the workshop have had relatively safe, ‘normal’ childhoods and loving parents. However, it is very rare for all childhood needs to be met perfectly, and we can still struggle, even though growing up was fine.

  • Transformative Breathwork is a dynamic practice that utilizes conscious and connected breathing techniques to induce altered states of consciousness. Through intentional, rhythmic breathing, participants tap into their inner resources, unlocking repressed emotions and gaining profound insights. This experiential process is designed to facilitate personal growth, release mental and emotional blockages, and promote holistic transformation, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and the potential for lasting positive change.

  • Most people can do breathwork or a modified version of the breathwork session very safely. Some people may need to check with their medical professional prior to conducting the breathwork session. If you think this might be you please contact us and we can advise you further.

  • No. This two hour workshop will provide psychoeducation adnd teach psychological skills aimed to help with emotions; however it is not a substitute for ongoing therapy, counselling or psychological treatment.

  • If the facilitators identify that you need more psychological support, or you request this, we will discuss this with you and advise you of other services.

  • We absolutely do, you can choose to make 2 fortnightly payments of $39, or 4 weekly payments of $20. Please contact us to organise this for you. NB - all payments must be made prior to the workshop date.

  • Unfortunately because tickets are limited, ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, we do understand that life happens so if there are extenuating circumstances and you can find someone to take your spot, we are happy to do a name change. Alternatively if you can’t attend, you will get access to the replay of the online workshop content (but this won’t include the breathwork session).
